Triathlon Highlights or recent performances: Enjoyed the City of Derry Triathlon, Great atmosphere

Current Goal: To keep plugging away at triathlon's. Beating PB's is a bonus

Next Year’s Goal: Complete Dublin 70.3 in under six hours.

Favourite song to train to: has to be the Foo Fighters or anything from the Lemonheads

Favourite Training Sessions: Always enjoy long bike sessions with the Limavady TTC gang when I get a chance to join them.

What made you take up the sport? My good friend Jonny Lowry inspired me to take part in Triathlon. Such a talent and one of the best athletes TTC/Limavady have ever produced.

Favourite food/drink: I like a good pasta dish and a good filet Steak.

Favourite bit of kit/equipment: Have to say I love the new Zerod club kit.

Who do you see as your main rivals? Anybody not wearing Red and Black
