We are one of the longest runninig multisports clubs in the country, we are a passionate and friendly club containing an even mix of male and female members of varying ages. The structure of the club supports both the serious trainer and competitor as well as those that are simply looking for an opportunity to exercise and socialise with like-minded individuals.
